The Club’s AGM will be held on April 12th by Zoom. Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for Shenstone and District Car Club will be held by a Zoom meeting on 12th April at 7pm. The Curborough Working party will go ahead on 27th March but due to the COVID-19 restrictions in place if you plan to attend please let us know in advance by e-mailing John Williams on email@example.com. Admission to the site will only be for those who have submitted details as volunteers in advance of the date. AKA if you are not on the list you won’t be allowed on site.
Please note that we have had to cancel the members track afternoon on 27th March due to the COVID regulations in place for that date. At this present time, the plan is that the Members Track afternoon on 24th April will go ahead. Places can be booked from 1st April onwards by e-mailing Howard Cottrell on firstname.lastname@example.org .Please note that the cost of these events has gone up to £10 per driver per event to cover the additional costs we are incurring running these events at the moment. The SDCC Introduction to Sprinting Day (originally scheduled for 16th May 2021) has been postponed until later in the year when we hope COVID restrictions will allow us to run the event.
We will provide further information to members on other club events later in the year when we know more about the level of restrictions that will apply.
