Dinner Dance & Awards Dinner 2026

The Shenstone and District Car Club Awards dinner on March 6th 2026 will be at Fairlawns Hotel and Spa WS9 0NU and will feature entertainment by in-house DJ Bryan. The Club Annual Challenge Awards and the awards for the 2025 Curborough Sprint Championship (Supported by  Optimal Graphics, and Paul Green Jewellers) will be presented to all class winners and to the outright champion at this event.

The ticket price is £45.00 per person, and the function will begin at 7.00pm for 7.30pm, last dance at midnight. Everyone is welcome – so invite your partners, family, friends and associates to help celebrate another successful year of sprinting.

Dress code; Men – lounge suit or dinner jacket. Ladies - dress to impress.

Final ticket orders and menu selections by 21st February 2026.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, but you will not receive any physical tickets.

Dinner Dance Menu

A glass of Prosecco or fresh orange juice to be served on arrival (1 per person)

Starter

Vintage Cheddar & white onion tart, Welsh rarebit, apple chutney (V) or Roasted tomato soup, basil oil, garlic croutons (V/VE) (GF on request)

Mains

Herb butter roasted chicken breast, chicken wing jus or Lemon crusted salmon with white wine cream or Butternut squash and lentil Wellington, cumin gravy (V/VE)

All served with buttery fondant potatoes, roasted carrot, fine beans wrapped in pancetta

Dessert

Chocolate brownie, honeycomb crumb salted caramel ice cream (VE-req) (GF-req) or Raspberry cheesecake, Amaretto crumble

Tea and Coffee
